Notes, tasks and your calendar in one place
tado is a personal productivity app. Write and sketch notes, keep a task list with due dates and reminders, and plan your days on a calendar, all in one app that works on your phone and computer, even offline.
What you can do
- Notes: rich text, checklists, pictures, attachments, pencil drawing, audio recording and reusable templates.
- Tasks: due dates, reminders, repeating tasks, subtasks, tags and quick capture in plain language.
- Calendar: day, week, month and list views, repeating events, alerts and travel-time estimates.
Optional Google and Outlook calendar sync
If you choose to, you can connect one or more Google or Microsoft (Outlook) calendars. tado then syncs both ways: your events appear in tado, and events you create, edit, move or delete in tado are written back to that calendar. Connecting is never required, and you can disconnect at any time. Disconnecting removes tado's access along with the synced events stored in tado.
How tado uses AI
tado uses AI only on your own information, to give results back to you:
- Memory and Ask tado: your notes, tasks and calendar events become private search entries so you can search and ask questions about your own information.
- Meeting notes: on request, suggests action items and follow-ups from a meeting note and its event's title and attendees.
- Google Calendar is opt-in for AI: details from a connected Google Calendar (and meeting notes, outcomes and tasks made from those events) are only used for Memory, Ask tado and meeting processing after you turn on "Google Calendar AI features". It is off by default, and calendar sync works either way. You can turn it off in Settings at any time.
- Capture and writing help: understands typed or spoken entries such as "lunch with Sam Friday at noon", and transcribes, summarises or proofreads when you ask.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
