Terms of Service

By using tado ("the app"), operated at tadonotes.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

tado provides personal productivity tools: notes, tasks, calendars, reminders, audio recording and transcription, and related features. The app may connect to third-party services you choose (such as Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and Google Maps); your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and passcode secure.
• You retain all rights to the content you create in the app. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you.
• You agree not to use the app to store or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to disrupt the service.

When you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, you authorize the app to read and modify events on your behalf, only as needed for the features you use. You can revoke that access at any time by disconnecting the account in the app or in the provider's security settings.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data loss, missed reminders, or other indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law — please keep backups of anything critical.

You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for abuse of the service or violation of these terms.
